Fingerbones was created during the 2026 KCAI Illustration Pre-College ArtLab for a comic called Deepest Catacombs. The prompt suggested making the thief character a goblin, but I made him a crow instead. Crows are smart and known for taking things, so it fit the character. I used the beak, dark feathers, black clothing, and thief equipment to build the design. I paid close attention to the arm anatomy so the character looked believable in several different poses.
